STANDARD LEAD TIMES:

  • 24 hours‘ responsiveness as of reception of completed RMA (see below)
  • Calibration quote (price package) = 1 week
  • Cost estimate for CALIBRATION and EXPERTISE
    = 4 weeks (part numbers in our capability list)
    = 6 weeks (Other part numbers)
  • Cost estimate for REPAIR (will be provided after examination)
  • REPAIR = upon spare parts’availability

PROCESS BEFORE SENDING TOOLING: 

For all requests and return of equipments which need schedule or unscheduled maintenance, the equipment (part number) should be approved by ECA SINTERS, by assigning a RMA (Return Material Authorization). Contact our Maintenance Customer Support or your usual ECA SINTERS Sales Representatives in your geographic area.
